We work hard to make sure you are happy and will enjoy your goodies. However, we know sometimes that isn't the case. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, then we want to make it right.

Returns

Please contact us by email or using the “contact” page.  To be eligible for a return, it's important that the item(s) are unused and in the same condition that you received them.  The items must also be in the original packaging.  You have 14 calendar days from the date you received it to request a return.  

Refunds

We will notify you when we receive your returned items.  Shortly thereafter, we will notify you of the status of your return.  After your return is approved, we will refund your original method of payment.  You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping for Returns

We will email you a return shipping label. Tape that label to the box and send it on its way back to us.

Replacements

We know that items can shift in transport, so if an item arrives damaged, first of all, we're sorry that this has happened.  Please contact us to replace it.  We will get all the details and send you a replacement item.
